SmugMug > all-time keyword > october > I had never been up Page Mill Road, into the Santa Cruz Mountains, and over to the coast so my girlfriend thought it would be a great excuse to play with my new camera (Nikon D300s). Along the way we came to this really pretty bend in the road. I made her pull over so I could take some photos. It was noon and the lighting was pretty poor, so I took 5 photos and combined them into this HDR.

SmugMug > all-time keyword > october > Once in Pescadero we found a cute little antique store and went in. Out back was another wooden cart with some flowers and cans in it. Another neat photo.
SmugMug > all-time keyword > october > When we finally got over the peak of the Santa Cruz Mountains we could see the ocean. I asked Sammi to pull off the road so I could take some photos. The hills/ocean were gorgeous but the pictures came out somewhat flat. I did however, find these neat pole and thought it would make for some good photos I can't decide which one of these 3 I like best. I like this view of the post best, but it doesn't include as much of the interesting hills
